Return Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy

A.    14 Days Refund Policy
1.    All product, unless otherwise specified, is covered by 14 days return policy from the date of purchase (both day inclusive)
2.    The refund ONLY applicable to the non-custom item.
3.    Shipping fee is not refundable.
4.    Buyer has to bear for the shipping cost of refund item.
5.    Return has to initial within 14 days upon receive of the item.
6.    Item must be in NEW & UNUSED condition otherwise a 40% restocking fee will apply.
7.    Return item has to be returned with unique return reference number. Do not ship the item back without return reference number; otherwise refund is unable to proceed.
8.    Item has to be returned with tracking number. No tracking number is not accepted for proceed refund.
B.    Procedure for Refund
1.    Contact us at service@blackmarketintl.com with the following detail
a.    Purchase Platform
b.    Purchase Date
c.    Name of Receiver
d.    Receiver Address
e.    Return Item and Quantity
f.    Reason for Return
2.    We will confirm the return by email you with a unique return reference number and our address.
3.    Print out the email with unique return reference number and attach to the return item.
4.    Ship it back to provided address
5.    Provide the tracking number of the returned item to our email, service@blackmarketintl.com
6.    Once received the returned product in good condition and fulfilled the terms and conditions.
7.    Refund will be made to your PayPal payment account within 3 days upon receiving of return item.
8.    We do not responsible for the postal lost of return shipment.

C.    90 days Exchange Policy Terms and Conditions
1.    All products, unless otherwise specified, is covered by 90 days exchanges policy from the date of purchase (both day inclusive).
2.    In the event of a defect in product quality and damage in the product (the 'problem item'), you can return the problem item to us and exchange for a brand new replacement item (the ‘replacement’).
3.    This policy does not cover the damage caused by failure to follow proper instructions.
4.    The problem item can only exchange for the same model, same specification and same design of the product.
5.    Replacement cannot exchange for cash or other products.
6.    Buyer has to bear for the return shipping cost of problem item, we bear the shipping cost for replacement.
7.    Exchange has to initial within 90 days from purchase date (both days inclusive).
8.    Problem item has to be returned with unique exchange reference number. Do not ship the item back without exchange reference number, otherwise, refund is unable to proceed.
9.    Problem product has to returned with tracking number. No tracking number is not accepted for proceed exchange.
D.    Procedure for Exchange
1.    Contact us at service@blackmarketintl.com with the following detail
a.    Purchase Platform
b.    Purchase Date
c.    Name of Receiver
d.    Receiver Address
e.    Problem Item and Quantity
f.    Reason for Exchange (defect/damage, please provide detail in brief)
2.    We will confirm the exchange by email you with a unique exchange reference number and our address.
3.    Print out the email with unique return reference number and attach to the return item.
4.    Ship it back to provided address
5.    Provide the tracking number of the problem item to our email, service@blackmarketintl.com
6.    Once receiving the returned product fulfilled the terms and conditions, we will prepare a brand new item and ship it back to you.
7.    The handling and production time is no more than i) 10 DAYS from the date of receiving for non-custom made order and ii) 12 DAYS from the date of receive for custom made or special request order. Over the standard timing, we will notify you upon receiving your order.
8.    We do not responsible for the postal lost of return shipment.
